Love's Eternal Pale Ale

Based on a pro-designed recipe from Washington State, this one has earned 3 golds, 3 bronzes, and an honorable mention. Top score: 41. [Recipe PDF]
Munich Helles
Still dialing this one in, but it's already earned a gold and silver with a top score of 41. Light, crisp, and promising. [Recipe PDF]
American Wheat
A newer recipe that's already showing promise. Took gold in one of its first three comps with a top score of 39. [Recipe PDF]
Rauchbier
My favorite beer. Crafted to land between the intensity of Schlenkerla and the subtlety of Spezial. Two comps in and it already has a gold and bronze. Top score of 40 is promising as a new competitor in my stable. [Recipe PDF]
